My Experience

Senior Technology Advisor to Vestar Capital Partners as well as strategic advisor to CEOs and Senior Executives across a diverse set of clients focused on Digital Strategy and Operations, Software Product Strategy, Cyber Security, Systems Integration, Blockchain, and Artificial Intelligence.

I currently serve on the Board of Directors of Verint Systems, Inc.  Verint  is a global leader in Actionable Intelligence® solutions.   For over two decades, Verint has developed domain expertise and market  leadership in the areas of Customer Engagement and Cyber Intelligence.  

I currently serve on the Board of Directors (Compliance Chair) of Mercury Healthcare.  I currently serve on the Board of Directors (Compliance Chair) of Quest Analytics.   

Quest Analytics empowers health plans of all sizes, provider groups and individual practitioners and state or federal regulators to design, optimize and manage their provider networks and data. So, they can tackle today's toughest challenges head-on across their entire organization and business lines. 

LERETA has provided a full suite of national real estate tax  services for residential and commercial loans, including automated  online research and certification, tax bill processing, a suite of  delinquent tax services, and customized tax outsourcing service  programs. In addition, LERETA provides real-time flood zone  determination services that include flexible levels of service based on  our customers’ needs - from simple delivery of flood zone determinations  to complete portfolio life-of-loan tracking. Our innovative  technologies and dedicated team of real estate tax and flood service  professionals provide the mortgage and insurance industries the fastest,  most accurate and complete access to property tax and flood information  across the country. 

My most recent assignment was  Chief Technology and Process Improvement Officer at Hudson's Bay Company,  where I was responsible for leading the company's technology and digital strategy,  with a focus on aligning the end-to-end customer experience through data  and digital innovation across the enterprise and HBC’s banners in North America. Through my leadership, HBC aligned its digital operations and technical teams under a single Center of Excellence, delivering results never previously achieved in terms of top line digital growth and EBITDA.

Prior to HBC, I was Executive Vice President Technology Operations and Innovation, and Chief Information Officer at CVS Health, a pharmacy innovation company and Fortune 7 Corporation. At CVS Health, I was responsible for all aspects of technology enterprise-wide, including running CVS’ digital business unit. In addition, I was responsible for client operations for CVS/Caremark - with a staff of 10,000 associates. 

Prior to CVS Health, i was Chief Information Officer at Avaya, a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems, and services.

Prior to Avaya, I served as Executive Vice President - Chief Information Officer and Corporate CTO for GSI Commerce, a leading world-wide provider of outsourced eCommerce and digital technology solutions for a diverse set of high-profile clients.

Prior to GSI Commerce, my previous twelve years were spent managing various disciplines within Merck & Company’s Information Technology organizations. Most recently, I was divisional Chief Information Officer for two divisions of Merck’s core pharmaceutical business. 

Prior to this assignment, I spent ten years building and managing various aspects of a 1600+ person technology organization within the nation’s largest Prescription Benefit Management firm – Medco Health Solutions, a former wholly-owned subsidiary of Merck & Co. My last assignment at Medco was Chief Information Officer and General Manager of Medco.com (then the world’s largest Internet pharmacy).
